 - This was my worst experience parking in my entire life. From beginning to end just a disaster. I pull in to park at 6pm. No one around to help. I thought, maybe they are getting someone else's car. So we wait for someone to show. No one does. Turns out there is an attendant (if you can call him that) sitting in the office. He tells us to leave the car. Doesn't try to give us a ticket, just wants us to leave it there. I wasn't going to do that so I requested a ticket. He had no idea what I was asking, as if he has no idea how the business works. Clearly he didn't because he didn't know how to ring me up, charge my credit card, or even print a ticket. I had to walk him through step by step his own job. To make things even better, we told him we would be picking the car up late that night. He does not mention that the parking lot closes at 10pm. Had we known we would have parked around the corner. So at around 11:30 we arrive at the parking lot to a locked up garage with no way to get inside. No one answers the phones, no one to contact. Great. End up having to book a hotel room for the night. The next morning we arrive at the garage to pick up the car and a different attendant (tg) tells us that the parking had not been paid for. So clearly the first attendant was lost in the sauce as he managed to mess up every step of the parking process. All this to park a freaking car. SMDH

 - Horrible place to park your vehicle. Damages to your vehicle the manager want to blame the customer and the works deny that they damage people properties. They are careless, neglectful, and downright disrespectful. Too many paying customers are trusting this company with their vehicles that they have worked hard for to have it damaged. Then you have to fight with the manager and the company to get it fixed.

 - Just to drop car it took more than 45 minutes after we landed at the parking spot.

 - The parking lot is located right around the corner and I have lived her for 18 years and over the 18 years I have stopped into the parking lot to get a space overnight or while on vacation or a snow day and NEVER ONCE got a space. But before going I called to see if they had a space I was immediately told NO, but after saying no, asked of I had a reservation, I said no, how do you make a reservation, he told me, online, to make a long story short, I went online to see if there was any availability and voila I got a confirmation number. I had a space. I was happy. The website was not clear. I reserved twice, because the site failed and i redid the reservation not knowing my first reservation went thru and I was charged twice. I cancelled one of the reservations and hope I have been credited the 2nd charge. Also, the cost that was quoted online was significantly more than what I was charged at the garage checkout. But I would reserve again as i was happy to be able to get a space but i will double check with the garage about the cost.
