 - Do NOt use this lot. They will book your reservation and have you PRE-PAY and when you arrive-they won’t allow you to park there. We had a reservation and upon our arrival, the attendant said we are full and only accepting monthly reservations. Showed him our prepaid pass and he pointed to his ipark company uniform emblem and said we have no spots left. Totally unreliable and pointless to count on arranging your parking in advance at this garage. Save your money and aggravation and stay away from this facility
