- Today I have visited Quay Road car park Teignmouth devon, I have made several attempts to make a card payment I have made at least 5 attempts to pay. I resorted to making a phone call, I was told they could do nothing about the problem. and could not take payment over the phone. I had one option open to me, I had to move my car to differant parking space. I am not happy with this, I trust something will be done about the problem. I had a lady who had the same problem come to help, with no help either.
