- Myself and another motorist were trapped in your car park yesterday 09-05-24 for over an hour from 5.25 pm to 6.40 pm because the barrier failed to open in spite of us paying the correct amount. The helpline was not working and the two contact numbers proved a waste of time. The out of hours team of Enfield Council were very unhelpful by saying we should wait there until it was closed at 9. As an elderly man it was a very traumatic and unpleasant experience and I am now reluctant to park there again.
