53 Old Ferry Rd Parking

 - I have recently been to Saltash twice and found I was there before my appointment. I went down to the river and found a car park on Old Ferry Road. I spent 10 minutes looking for the parking meter because where I come from you can not park a bicycle for free. There was no charge. The views of the river were superb under the Tamar Bridge and it was so clean and it was not packed. Next door I discovered a dinghy park with an adjacent slipway also Free to users. Big Up for Cornwall County Council. Not every bit of space has a price it seems in Kernow.
