 - Parked & paid & displayed for the £3.50 Credit card fee in good faith which included not paying for the time after 6mp. Have just received the ludicrous demand for £100.00! What is wrong with these people? Haven't they got better things to do with their lives than upset people! Most of us try to do the right thing & even if it is slightly wrong it hardly warrants the stitch up going on here. Euro Car Parks should be fined for causing unecessary stress.

 - Absolute con artists. Paid for a ticket. Displayed ticket but full reg had not printed on ticket as buttons kept getting jammed. Was given a fine which I appealed and lost. Appealed to BPA and lost - they state you should keep buying tickets uitl your reg prints correctly. However, none of the parking signs and info dispayed in the car park state tour reg has to be on the parking ticket. I am now paying £170 fine after losing my appeals. Furious!

 - Lowest of the low: imposing huge fines for short overstays, when they could easily simply add the overstay fee to the card used to pay and/or give text reminders of deadline; giving 14 days before increase, while Police who deal with proper road safety issues give 28 days; and obstructing access to justice by refusing to reduce the £100 to £60 if one appeals, and also saying that if one pays (normal thing to do to avoid enforcement action and costs) then one cannot appeal-who the hell are they to make up the rules of the justice system? I paid today guys, but believe me I will use every legal tool available to get my money back and more generally bring down this immoral business model for the benefit of other road users. By the way the well known Beavis case which allowed a high fee for an overstay in a a free car park can in my view be said not to apply here partly because this is not free parking but for other reasons as well. If you wish to be be involved in this campaign say so in a review and we can make contact.
