 - I am writing another complaint about a valet person that is still working in front of Building II. His name is Hadjad. My mother is very disabled and needs a lot of help getting in and out of the car. EVERY TIME HE HELPS HER HE IS VERY RUDE AND PUTS HER SAFETY IN DANGER. He ignores all the customers, not just her. She has a walker and cant get it in or out of the car by herself. She dropped the ticket and he glared at her as he picked it up. He made her walk to him to get the keys. My mom loves her independence and that is why we let her go by herself assuming she will be taken care of by your people. Someone will get hurt because they don't want to have to ask him for help because he is so rude AND refuses to speak. Do something please!
