 - I prepaid for my parking for the bike expo. I arrived that Gate was close and I was told to walk to the office. The guy never looked at me just barked are you picking up. I explained no I have a reservation. His repose was I don’t accept reservations. I Told him I prepaid and he said “so, I’m fully!” I said but I paid already “don’t care ask for a refund” and began assisting the next patron. Not necessary to be rude
