10 E 102nd St Garage

 - Do not park in this garage. I parked here on 7/3/2024 and the attendant admitted to damaging my car while parking it. It is $2700 worth of damage. They filed an incident report and the main office has not been very responsive to my calls and emails. No one picks up the phone and the person who emails back you hear from and then they go radio silent. From other reviews I see on the internet MPG Manhattan Parking is not reputable. I'm dealing with an ill spouse that I was taking to Mt Sinai and do not need this aggravation on top of his illness. If I could pick 0 stars I would. SHAME ON YOU MPG!

 - I parked in your garage on E 102nd street on 2/7/18 from 2 to 4PM while visiting Mt Sinai Hosp. A package containing a dental whitening kit was stolen from the trunk during that time. The parking attendants were not helpful at all when I reported this theft. I called your office the following day and nobody answered the phone. You obviously have problems at your garage and office. My rating for your company is "0" stars.
