- Terrible for Lyric— no stairway and one elevator... 20 minute wait for elevator after a show.. most disturbing is that the staff actually told us that texiting was quick and easy! ZERO stars; never again. Obviously more interested in revenue than honest good service. Stay. Away—go to surface lot at Franklin and Randolph— so much better.
