 - To ACE Parking Mgt...your night attendant J.T. at 421 24th street lot is the rudest and most incompetent parking attendant that I have ever come across. Please send him to customer service training so that he can learn how to deal with the general public! He claims that he was only doing his job when he put a(warning ticket)on my car when myself and other were force to enter the parking lot from the opposite direction. reason being because your main entrance was block by two cars one that was stalled and the other assisting with jumper cables! He knew about those cars blocking the main entrance and did nothing about it! Doing something about the cars blocking your main entrance would have been doing his JOB and not harassing the paying public! J.T. was also rude to my wife and her friends on another occasion!
