- Its inconvenient to need to visit the parking garage office many times for invalid tickets or faulty gates / monthly passes. What is infuriating is the rudeness from the workers. Thats even worse than the incompitence and lack of accountability.

- The manager is rude and belligerent. I complained to patient advocacy after the second event and as usual they did nothing. They said they would tell her supervisor but no one will tell me who that is. They all lie & cover up for each other. There is no accountability or true oversight for anyone working here including all of the so called medical professionals. .

- Dishonest. In the booth, switched a patient's validated ticket with a non-validated ticket then demanded payment and would only allow the patient to back up and return to the hospital after a lengthy argument.
