- I parked there last night, whilst I attended an event and I was treated so aggressively and rudely by the attendant in this car park. I returned to my car after 2.75 hours and was charged $66. If that wasn't highway robbery enough, as soon as I tapped my card the machine took my money and then said it was out of order! Thankfully it printed a receipt. I then looked for an intercom on the machine and there wasn't one! There was no one around or behind the window to the left. I went to my car and drove to the exit where I pressed the intercom to explain what had happened. I was met with a barrage of screaming by a very angry asian man. He wouldn't let me speak and was screaming over the top. Saying come back to the machine etc. I got out of my car and walked back into the area where the pay machine is. Out comes angry man, ranting and raving about how I need to press the intercom on the machine and I cannot leave the area or he will charge me a full day rate. I show him my receipt but he says he needs the ticket all the while yelling about some intercom. I yell back (feeling the need to speak over this clown) where is the intercom I ask him. He then can't find it either. Then he yells that I should have come to the desk and pressed the intercom. I'm like there's no one there!! He proceeds to take his time opening the machine, meanwhile the clock is ticking as I need to go and pick children. He eventually gives it to me after I threaten to call the cops! DON'T PARK HERE!!!
