28 Alma St Garage

 - I walked to my car un Sunday night around 9:00 and there was a gang of young men hanging out in the parking garage. One was following and watching me. I felt very unsafe and won't use again.

 - À 2 reprises , j’ai éprouvé de la difficulté à sortir du stationnement. Je vais voir un spectacle au Capitole jeudi soir le 6 octobre et j’appréhende de me servir du stationnement. Comment résoudre ce problème?

 - I don't know who decided to change from a manual to an automatic system of payment as you exit the parking lot. I would suggest you look at it again. I spent over 40 minutes last night in line trying to get out of the car park. I almost spent as long in the car park as I did at the Capital Theater. If you are going to continue with an automated system can I suggest that you install payment centers so drivers can pay before they come to the exit point. Better still why not employ a human who is much faster and at least knows what they are doing. I'm sure the 35 minutes extra in parking time charge should help to pay for an improved system.
