 - If you want to park close to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this is an excellent place to do it; less than a block from the entrance. Prices aren't that bad...if you pay for all day, which is $12 during the week. However be advised that they mislead you as to the cost of being able to add extra time to the meter if you pay for less than all day. Keep in mind that they collect your license plate number when you pay at the parking meter kiosk for the first time. If for example you paid for 3-1/2 hrs at a cost of $10 you might expect that if you were running long you could just add go out and add another $2 to your original fee $10 to make $12 which is the cost for all day. TOUGH LUCK!!!!!! Once you make your original payment the "add to it payment schedule" is now at an accelerated pay level. $2 gets you just another 1/2 hour. I had to pay $8 to get another 2 hours which would still be less time than all day. So I paid $18 for 5-1/2 hours instead of $12 for "all day" originally. There was no warning about the pay hike or anyway to check what the extra pay schedule would be. Catching our license number would produce the logical assumption that they were tracking total pay per plate registered. I'll bet I'm not the only one to get caught this way. This is just another price gouging tactic by this company. I would have given them a "zero" star if possible" but since I can't I'll just leave this review hoping it will help someone else.
