Commentaires
 - Horrible experience after a twins game. Waited over Ian hour for movement of any cars. Will not use this ramp in the future

 - Nice and convenient to Target Field and Target Center. The parking garage is attached to both venues so even in the winter you don't have to go outside.

 - I attempted to park in Ramp A for the Twin's game today and had a terrible experience. It took us 45 minutes from the time we entered the ramp to get to the level they were allowing cars to enter, only to be told they were full!! There were no signs on 394 indicating the ramp was full. There were no signs at the entrance of the ramp indicating the ramp was full. The gate remained open at the ramp entrance letting more and more cars into the ramp. Then it took another 15 minutes to make our way back down and out of the ramp. When I shared this story with some friends they said they had the exact same experience before the Willie Nelson concert a few days ago. There is something very wrong with the management of this ramp if today was not the first time this has happened. Will never recommend parking there for events in the future and will avoid it myself at all costs.

 - When leaving from the ramp, after the Carrie Underwood concert, I was told that I needed a debit card or cash to pay the $10, I only had a credit card and a 20 dollar bill, and the attendant would not give me the $10 change, but kept it, did she pocket my money or what is the deal? Isn't this stealing?
