- I parked here overnight and was charged twice the daily rate of $27 for just 12 hours as the rates reset at 4am but nothing says you'll be double charged overnight. Please fix the signs so people can make more informed decisions!

- I think you are overcharging people to park in your garage especially during these hard and difficult times. I parked there on this past Monday and had to pay $27.00. The lot 2 blocks up is only $9.00 a day but I was in a hurry to get to work and the $9.00 lot was closed. I will never use your facilities again. What you are doing is robbing folks blind during desperate times

- The reservation service was great. I thought it was very easy and convenient to use and it saved me a pack of money on hotel parking.

- Pulled into lot and tried to scan the code. Seems like only Parking Panda would scan. Attendant came over and made me take a ticket. I couldn't figure out how to find the other levels. Signage was poor. Parked on the 1st level. Came to car the next day to find my car blocked in by a SUV cab. Waited 20 minutes for him to be found so I could exit the garage. When I left, I gave the person in the booth my printed confirmation and my ticket. Didn't pay anything. Wouldn't stay in this garage again.

- As with above, the email did not scan but the attendant was able to enter the confirmation number and it was accepted.

- Their was only a minor problem with the reservations scan code it would scan but say my reservation was denied. But that was taken care of there. But beyond that the reservation was great very helpful. Thank you once again! Tyler
