- We were visiting from out of town. When we drove into the garage, there was no one at the booth and the gates were up. We parked and when we got back, there was a boot on the car. Other cars had boots as well. We never saw the QR Code as they were not displayed at every parking spot. It was maybe every 5 parking spots. Also another woman who was there had a boot as well and she said when she drove in, the woman at the booth told her to pay when they left…NOT as you’re walking out. The guy came to remove the boot and was kind enough to listen to what we had to say and only charged us for the parking ($30). Thank you for that and we all thought that was kind and fair for out of towners.
