 - Charged my card twice and had to pay cash before the arm would let me out !! Ill never ever park here again !!

 - Leaving the garage on a 2-hour validated ticket, there was a long line (as usual) at the exit moving very slowly which caused my exit time to be one minute after the time period covered by the validation. I explained to the attendant that I had been waiting for several minutes in line, but she just let out a derisive laugh and held her hand out for payment. This was on 3/21/2018 at 20:19. This isn’t my first time dealing with these curmudgeons, so unfortunately I must leave a 1-star review... The garage facilities themselves are really excellent otherwise, so it's too bad that the management is so awful. Honestly, an automated machine at the exit would be more efficient than these people.

 - The parking gate malfunctioned when I drove in and the ticket machine did not print a ticket. I figured the gates were down and drove in. When exiting, i was made responsible for $30 worth of parking and was not allowed to see their "video" that showed their gate "properly" working. Management hung up the phone when I tried to dispute it and ignored my phone calls afterwards. The manager was not available and nobody does his job when he's gone. Horrible.
