- Racist employees! When my mother asked about the difference between the posted price and the price she was told, they told her to go back to china where they don't have taxes. A simple "the price doesn't include tax" would've sufficed. Not only that but when she asked for a receipt, they gave her a printed receipt that was obviously not for her car. After giving her a runaround, an employee fetched a hand written receipt. He probably charges whatever pleases him and assumes that "CHINESE" people don't know any better (we're American citizens).
So beware to all potential customers of this garage, make sure to get an itemized receipt that's printed. Not some handwritten thing he gave my mother then shooed her away. I have all the information including the handwritten receipt. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
