- Nice place to park at night, however most of the spots on the first two levels are reserved. When you pay the machine says no coins. My bill was $4.50 and evidently because the machine does not take coins it seems not to dispense coins either. It shorted me $.50. Receipt says "failed to dispense". $0.50
I'm sure I could spend $5.00 in gas and parking to go back downtown to get my 50 cents back.
