- Most rude parking attendant or person we have ever encountered. Angry, unhappy and absolutely unhelpful. We used a mobile app which did not work. This man literally was screaming at us through the microphone. It was inaudible due to the screaming, yet he continued. There is more but not worth my time to describe this little ignorant man. If I were an owner and witnessed this he would be fired on the spot .

- I parked there for 53 minutes and was charged $35.00. It says it's $33.00/per hour. If you cheat everyone that way that adds up to a lot of money.

- Sign said $15 and they charged me $52

- My family and I went to Chicago to go to free holiday party to Ronald McDonald House and we saw the sign that said $15 for up to 3 hours because you can't read the fine print while you're driving we didn't realize that it was just for Nordstrom and you have to have it validated so it cost us $37. Never in my life have I felt so scammed Aaron never again will I visit the city for any reason except for emergencies thank you for the wonderful trip
