 - Made my reservation online, pulled into the lot, showed my reservation paper and had no problem at all! Attendants were nice and when we came to p/u our vehicle, they were quick to deliver. No problems at all. Would do it again!

 - When I first tried to enter the lot one of your employees said the lot was full. I showed him my paid reservation and he ignored me. I found out a few minutes later that was not in charge and did not know what was going on. The other employee took care of it and the minor issue was resolved. I understand because they were busy moving other cars out. Name tags on shirts would have helped so I could give better feedback.

 - I opted to make a reservation online, it was super easy and the price was great. Parking downtown can be so expensive. I just showed my confirmation email to the attendant and that was it. They were very cordial. Will definitely recommend to anyone and i will be using you guys again.

 - The Parking app excellent is an excellent idea. Unfortunately when we pulled in we were told, not only was the lot was full but also they wouldn't have taken my Lincoln LT anyway because they don't allow Trucks or SUV. I did not see any warnings of this when making the reservation. Luckily the two guys working were very helpful, polite and professional. Knowing I already paid they moved around cars to make space. When we returned to the lot we found my truck in a perfect spot well protected from being nicked or scratched.
