 - Multiple individuals were informed by separate workers that the center would be open by the business hours posted. Upon check out the gate was lock and it took over an hour for someone to show up and open the gate.

 - The garage is conveniently located, clean and reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and responsive. The entrance ramp is quite steep, and as with most underground garages, you have to be careful of obstacles. The ParkMe process (first time using it) was flawless. All in all, it was a very positive experience.

 - Was nice and within walking distance to the zoo. Clean and well lit. Beware the entrance ramp to the garage is very steep, I have a KIA Optima that isn't very low to the ground and scraped bottom going both in and out of the garage. Note: it doesn't say the correct name on the sign, which I didn't notice on the reservation at first so drove around looking until I noticed that.
