Commentaires
 - Wish I saw review comments before parking my car at this garage, but my car window got smashed on 11/10/23.

 - My car was broken into INSIDE the parking, even though it was on the second floor below floor level! The whole gate including the electronic machine was broken, destroyed and parts of it stolen. The previous comments are accurate: it is dirty, unhygienic and homeless people were sleeping inside! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

 - Don’t park here unless you have no choice. Street is safer. All my coworkers and friends in neighborhood have left the lot because they have had multiple windows smashed. Expect 1 smashed window a week for yourself and 25 cars around you. On top of that full of health code violations and fecal matter smeared in every corner. The city has gotten rough but this place is rougher

 - Complete dump. Broken glass and human waste and trash everywhere. Strange people were lurking around and propping emergency exits open. I wouldn't leave my car here for 10 minutes let alone overnight. No staff or management. Avoid this place at all costs.

 - Do NOT park at 555 Jackson Street, San Francisco. My car window was broken so the thief could reach inside in order to lower the back seat to look into the trunk. Fortunately, the trunk was empty. There is not any security at this location and there are homeless individuals at the entrance to the elevator.
