- WORST parking ever!!! beware!! super rude staff and they will rip you off for every penny. I parked there yesterday, huge mistake!, they charged me $40, yes you read it right $40 to park for 3 hours. They closed at 10pm, and no matter if you stay for 30 mins or all day the rate was $40. On top of all this their staff is the rudest people I've ever encountered in Santa Monica, the Mexican witch that was giving the tickets was rude and bossy. I complained with her why it was so expensive and she told me to hit (in her broken English) and right after I complained with this guy at the valet area named Vinitious or something and once again he was EXTREMELY RUDE, tall bald guy middle 30's with the worst unpleasant attitude I've ever seen. Too much bad attitude for parking employees, mean they aren't curing cancer, they are low lives ticket takers and valet parking. Don't park there, just drive a few bocks down the st. and save you a headache. I believe they were charging this much and stealing the money, not sure if the owner or general manager knows about these estrange activities.
