- We came to the lot the evening of October 5, sign was lit up saying empty spaces were available. Had to put in a credit card to enter. Upon entry, lot had zero empty spaces AND vehicles were parked in non-parking spots, making it a challenge for us to get out of the lot (you have to back up, layout is terrible). Since more vehicles were streaming in behind us, it took us several minutes to be able to leave the lot. Contacting someone, we were informed we would be charged and could be towed if our vehicle were to be unattended in the lot. It was a mess and at least a dozen cars came and went while we tried to get out of there. Upon leaving, we were charged $4, as was every other car that came in because the sign said there was empty parking, but it was not true. Very disappointed and will never even try park there again. Hopefully they do not make a regular habit of luring people in just to charge them to get out when there's no parking available.
