- A Disabled Parking disgrace. My disabled wife and I parked on this piece of waste ground( Car Park)last night whilst going for a meal at The Wouldhave.We managed to find the faded marking bays. Taking my wife across the car park was like negotiating a building site.The surface was full of potholes. No pedestrian crossing is provided to cross the Mile End Road. My wife was so upset she has refused to be taken there again. This car park is a health and safety hazzard and until properly resurfaceced with marked out parking bays,should be closed.
