Ford Auditorium Underground Garage

 - My family and I came down for the fireworks. My wife is handicapped and requires a wheelchair. The elevator was out of order,so I had to push her up the ramp. Then after the fireworks she had to walk down the ramp because she was afraid I would lose her going down the ramp. Very dissatisfied. I will never park here again.

 - I'm not sure about the parking but the hours of operation are ridiculous for a large city with events at the Ren Cen and Cobo. My car got locked in the garage Friday nite because I didn't realize the garage closed at 11:00 p.m. (I tried to get my car at midnight) I went to get the car on Saturday, Oct. 31 at 10:00 a.m. but couldn't because the garage was closed even though the website shows operating hours on Sat. & Sun from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. I guess I'll try on Sunday and see if anyone shows up. Oh by the way, no one answers either of the phone #s listed and there is no answering machine. Gotta love the customer service.
