- Mill Rd Car Park - I use this car park frequently as it is very close to the GP practice as do many elderly people. The ticket machine will not reliable accept coins and has not done so for many months. Like most people I try each time to pay for a parking ticket usually surrounded by a group of frustrated people trying to do the same thing. I must keep my GP appointment but am always anxious that I might return to find that I have a parking ticket I had a similar experience in Chelmsford some time ago and faced a £60.fine. Please log this report as I am prepared to support any other people who might find themselves facing a similar parking fine.
