- This parking lot is great if you're going to a baseball game or to civil court, but watch out because the machine where you pay suck. When I paid, the machine magically shut off and was charged WITHOUT PRINITING MY RECEIPT. I needed my ticket for parking so I purchased a ticket from the machine next to the one that shut off. I was double charged for a parking ticket. Confirmed it after reviewing my credit card statement. Attempted to contact all 3 numbers that are listed above the payment machine to no avail. I found a 281-386-2856 number on line but that number it out of service. The customer service is atrocious for this parking lot but they're great at double charging your card and having machines that just shut off as your payment is being processed. WATCH OUT WHEN YOU ARE MAKING A PAYMENT AT THIS LOT!
