 - Easy to use lot and appropriately priced since I've always been able to find a spot. Anyone complaining about paying for parking has no idea how terrible it would be if the parking was free or cheaper than it is, you would never find a spot as people would park there all day. The retail businesses are not suffering due to lack of parking for customers, that is a boomer mindset.

 - Parked from 11am to 435pm and was charged $25! Outrageous!! The rates make no sense. Free the first three hours, then $5 over 3 hours, $7 over 4 hours, but it jumps to $25 if you stay over 5 hours. That's crazy! I was there frequenting four businesses. I almost regret stopping in that last store to look at shoes before heading to the car. The last thing merchants want are people looking at their watches for fear they will go over the reasonable parking fees. My guess is they are trying to discourage BART riders from using the lot?! However, I personally will never make the mistake of shopping over four hours while parked there again.

 - This parking lot used to be reasonable - no longer. Now very expensive. Too bad, WC isn't helping retail establishments with all their ridiculous parking fees.

 - we were very surprised to pay $25 to park in garage we had dinner at the True eats and shopping we were there for 5 1/2 hours that 1/2 hour cost us 25 when it should have cost us $7.00. I am ok paying that, but 25 dollars its not like i lost the ticket. Can you please refund me back. I just feel like we spend a lot of money there shopping and eating the parking shouldnt be so expensive.next time I will not stay long, can you please refund. Thank you, Laura B
