- This was the worst parking experience we have ever encountered. We brought our ticket to the pay machine and did not receive one back. As we were there for under 2 hours there was new charge. We had to wait an extraordinarily long time to exit the facility. There was only one lane open for both entering and exiting vehicles.
At the bottom, they asked for a ticket that we did not get back from the machine. They said that my husband had to get out of the vehicle to go upstairs and get the ticket. My 8 month old son was in the car and this was not an option. We needed up being charged 20$ for a lost ticket. The lot attendants were the least accommodating, most rude that I have ever met.
