- Picked up on time at hotel, front tire bald on newer looking, larger shuttle.UPON RETURN:
Waited 1 hour for shuttle to pick up. When we called 2nd time we (and another couple waiting) were both told that we had been picked up at 30 mins prior!! We had to convince them that we were still at the airport! They said they would send another driver who came in an older, smaller bus. No apology, driver said he just came on. Front desk said their records show that we had been picked up so there is nothing they could have done.
