- The worst experience!!! I had prepaid to park here so I had no choice. When dropping off the car it was a disaster - short staffed and slow workers, we had to wait like 40 minutes before they gave us a ticket and we could leave. Same upon return. A total waste of time and should you have to be somewhere at a certain time you’d probably be late.

- Very great location to park. The valet guts were so professional and friendly. There was no long wait time entering or exiting. It was smooth sailing. The staff was excellent also. I lost my ticket and had a severe panic attack because I was with my baby. Melanie at the front desk was absolutely amazing. She helped calm me down and was able to assist me.

- bought a coupon to secure my parking spot and when I arrived the entrance was blocked off and the guy who works at the parking garage said I can't get in. he didn't have information of when I can or where to direct me to. wasted $50

- Before you park here I would suggest asking about their policy of reimbursing you if they have an accident with your car. They admittedly had an accident with my car. I took the car to an authorized Audi body shop. They only approved $2400 of a $2900 repair. When I asked about a car rental they first told me that they would not pay for a rental. Only after complaining they gave into the car rental. Since I will not accept the reduced amount of the repairs I have laid out $3300 and as of 11/1/2015 I have not received any monies for the repair or rental. The accident occurred on 9/30/15.
