 - Terrific service. Lost my keys on a business trip. Ops paid by parking fee before realization of lost keys. Security very polite. Took my information. I returned the following morning and exited through attended gate. They pulled up my information given to them the prior evening. Charged me no additional fees. Thank you. You guys are wonderful.

 - Parked in short term level 1 last evening (Sept 13). Picked up passenger at baggage claim. Upon returning to parking area saw kiosks for payment of parking before leaving. Inserted ticket into credit card machine. Received receipt. (No ticket) Upon leaving parking garage had to go through payment gate. I had no ticket to give to attendant. Why should I have to pay twice for 1 hour of parking??? You need to give instructions on how this all works. Hopefully I will not have to go to this airport again.
