- I had a really disappointed experience with this valet service. When i arrived, the cost for valley was $20 and car wash $25 plus a tip i sad no problem there i was ok with prices and agreed. But when it was time to pick up the car, I waited patiently along with others. I understood there might be a short wait, but then i watched and hared several people walk up and bribed extra cash, and suddenly their cars appeared right away.
When i asked to speak with a manager about this, instead of addressing the clear favoritism and unfair treatment, the manager seemed more interested defending the attendants than helping resolve the situation. I left feeling disrespected and ignored. i even asked for his name he refused to provide.
If you expect professionalism, fairness, and honest service, I'd think twice before using this valet. Management seriously needs to train their staff and handle customers with Integrity.
