- Had it not been for a construction worker, I probably would have been booted or towed. This was the most confusing lot I have used in years. There is only one small sign before entering that says to use the pay machine. I parked on the street level and there was no parking machine. Since I did not see a place to pull a ticket, I asked a worker how I was to pay. He told me there was a machine inside the "lobby". The instructions in the machine were confusing, so I actually paid twice for the same amount of time - I thought I had cancelled the first try - and so I was charged $20 when I should have only been charged $10. I put both receipts on the dash of my car, but I would never recommend this lot to anyone. Now I have to figure out a way to get a partial refund.
