- Apparently, since switching over to Bedrock, the garage is no longer appropriately staffed. This is especially noticeable in the evening, and is a huge problem when trying to exit the garage. Before, there was always an attendant or two at rush hour to help manage exiting traffic. Now, if one vehicle has problems at the exit (card not scanning properly for example), they're SOL and so is everyone else behind them. In the last week, I've had to wait a good 45-50 minutes on (3) separate days, just to be able to exit. Granted, on a couple of those days, traffic was a little heavier than usual, but it was never a problem before. It's getting ridiculous and unacceptable.
