55 Franklin Street Garage

 - Will be calling parking garage commissioner. The ticket got jammed in the machine and wouldn't work. Guy serviced and said I had to pay full amount since ticket was gone. I was in the garage for 2 hours! TERRIBLE SERVICE. He tried to tell me I didn't do it correctly and I broke the machine. Pathetic. Won't be parking here again.

 - THEY DID NOT FOLLOW POLICY-FOR CENTRAL SQUARE THEATRE: "University Park @ MIT Garage - 55 Franklin Street. The garage has entrances on both Green Street and Franklin Street, and is adjacent to Le Meridien Hotel and Star Market. Parking is $5 with validation ticket when you enter after 5PM Monday through Friday or anytime on Saturday and Sunday. Free parking at this garage is a subscriber benefit! Pick up your validation card when picking up your tickets at Will Call." THE MACHINE CHARGED US $25-$3=$22!with validation and the man in the booth had disappeared by 4:45pm that Sunday. They do not list a phone number but we tracked it down. We plan to seek a refund but they make it difficult because you have to go back in person. We don't live in Cambridge.
