Leveque Tower Garage

 - Very convenient if you are going to the Leveque or One Columbus. However, two things -- the daily rate is $20 (yes $20) not $12 as indicated. Not good to incorrectly advertise their rates. Secondly, it is not uncommon for the elevators not to work when it is extremely cold so it's possible to get stuck walking the steps and if you are handicapped you might be in trouble. If they aren't working in the a.m., they will usually get them fixed, but I went back to my car after business hours one evening and had to walk the steps to the 8th Floor with a bad knee!!!! You can always walk the ramps that drive on, but going to 8 floors up will be a heck of a walk if you are not in good shape.

 - I parked in this garage and paid my ticket at the kiosk before returning to my car. I received the ticket back, then proceeded to exit the garage. I had to place the confirmed/paid ticket in the meter for the arm to raise that I might exit; however, because the machine took my ticket, I had no proof that I parked in this garage and paid $5. I pushed the button for assistance, someone took my email, but I NEVER RECEIVED an email confirming my parking charge! SO FRUSTRATING!! this is the SECOND time this has happened.

 - Don’t park here for an event at the Palace Theater! When everyone is leaving at once it is awful! You have to stand in line to pay at a single machine when it would be so much easier to pay the person who is literally standing at the exit to feed your ticket into the machine for you:
