- If I could give 0 stars I would. I had a reservation for 10pm on Saturday night. I arrived at the garage with multiple open spots visible. As soon as I got out of the car an attendant started screaming at me, in Spanish, of which I am not fluent in. He then said in English something to the effect of "you cant park here, you can get a refund, I don't care about your reservation, the garage is closed!". I explained how I had a reservation and showed him my QR code and email confirmation. I also stated how I parked my car the night before for the time time slot and had no issues.
The attendant continues to scream at me in both languages. There were other customers waiting for their cars to be brought to them and they were in shock in how disrespectful this person was to me.
I left the garage and drove around for a half hour before finding a parking spot. My money was not refunded and my reservation was completed in their system.
The utter disrespect was deafening and alarming. I would not trust this company with a 10 foot stick.
