 - My son in law used your parking structure. He was taking us to the airport at 6:30. Your sign says open at 6. No one was on site and no one would answer the phone. We had to pay a lyft driver and almost missed our flight. This is totally unacceptable!

 - Been parking in there indoor parking area , great prices and very safe.

 - There is never a attended to help , I got stuck in the garage when the gate closed st night , there was help I had to wait over 2 hours for my coworker to come to the hand stone and spa to press the remote to open the gate, I have been trying to pay for a monthly parking and I can't get anyone to purchase and monthly parking pass at the garage.
