 -  zero star but no option Oh my word this carpark and company are criminals there was a blockage on lottie road some delivery truck stuck blocking the rd i pulled on the carpark to turnaround phoned a client on lottie rd a elderly man with a leak in the bathroom to explain I never left my van and was on the car park 7 mins ..got a £70 ticket disputed the claim and now received a £170 debt claim and a threat of ccj un fu*king beleiveable ..so angry ..sorry

 - Terrible car park and a scam. It is filthy, lots of broken glass, but worst of all, I couldn't get the parking app to work so bought a physical ticket - 5 weeks later I got a parking fine, but as I no longer have the ticket I cannot dispute it. I only parked there for 10 mins to collect a lateral flow from the pharmacy so I could visit my father in hospital. AVOID THIS CAR PARK.

 - This is a scam car park. Its ruthless run to Collect parking fines. They pursue overstays of minutes or even simply driving in and out with out ever using it. It is unbelievably accredited so they will pursue you via the DVLA. They never accept any disputes and there is no customer service. There are a great many Hi res camera's to capture you entering and leaving. These are for fine purposes only. Dispute your claims with there accredited body as they will never accept a dispute its designed to make money via fines not parked cars. Most of all DO NOT PARK HERE.
