 - I prepaid for my SUV but they uncharge you an additional fee, I was by myself with my three kids but they wouldn't let me leave unless I paid the additional fee. Beware they will rip you off. I see similar comments above.

 - I booked the parking through spot hero. When I picked up my car they wanted me to pay an additional fee. They were quite hostile and aggressive about it. I called spot hero and they said I already paid and they couldn't charge me more. But they wouldn't let me take the car. A lady who came in was also charged more then she originally paid. It felt like a scam!
