2061 Arapahoe St Parking

 - DO NOT PARK HERE!!!!!!! If you do not physically move your car off the lot at the exact time allowed, you will receive a "NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE" in the mail for $97 from a company called Parking Revenue Recovery Services. Google that company, they have had and currently have lawsuits against them. The Denver Post did an article on them dated 6/6/25

 - I parked here for a game, and the machine that appeared to be for the lot I was parking in was not operable. There was no other way to pay. I walked to the next closest machine that appeared to be for the same property and paid. I am now being asked to pay an $87 fine because my payment wasn't registered. I appealed with this information and they are still asking me to pay a $47 fine when there was no way to pay. Do not park here.

 - Great price and lot close to near where I wanted to go. Only down side address not clearly marked.
