 - Avoid at all cost please take this warning. As stated by others this is a privately owned car park. I parked here, I believe i paid £3 for the ticket which displayed it correctly, I am aware I over stayed departing at 18:15. Thinking it would be ok as free parking after 6 is the case for every other car park in Middlesbrough. I disposed of the ticket a week later, to then receive a fine some 11 days. When entering the PCN website I kept receiving scam pop ups saying avoid, unofficial site etc, therefore automatically mindset thought it was fraudulent/ scam after a few days checking confirming.....it is legit I paid by phone. The company owning the website should ensure it is trustworthy to avoid these concerns. Middlesbrough council ought to be shamed allowing private parking. Correspondence needs to issued much quicker.

 - This particular car park is probably the only private car park in Middlesbrough: the others are Council owned. Council owned car parks are free after 6pm: this one isn't! I received a fine for not paying for parking. The machine would not allow me to pay so I appealed against the fine. But I sent in £60 (to avoid the possible payment of £100, or worse) thinking that I would get it back if my appeal was successful. Unfortunately, the car park owners consider that this payment is an admission of guilt and my appeal was closed. Nowhere does the company tell you what the new dates of payment would be in the event of an unsuccessful appeal: a factor that concerned me and caused me to pay the smaller fine, early, by the due date.

 - Paid for parking with over 40 minutes remaining and still got a PCN from the vile parking company. This wasn't just a case of an incorrect registration input as I fortunately held on to the ticket and the matter was discontinued. You may feel that mistakes happen but how many people throw away their tickets after they've left the site. Beware of this scamming company.
