 - Wonderful experience. No hassle parking and the peace of mind knowing you have a parking space in a specific lot. I didn't mind paying the extra dollar for fees and taxes.

 - Being able to reserve a space ahead of time was great and the parking structure was convenient. The only thing I found disturbing was that there was a $1 service charge. If I had just gone and paid at the parking lot, I would've just paid $5 instead of $6. I really didn't see any advantage to paying ahead of time.
