 - Well its because some people cant afford parking so what do they do when family member is sick and there's no money?

 - Unfortunately, they only accept cash, and make you take an IOU to pay them back. I won't be going back to deliver $2 to the attendant. Start accepting credit cards, or offer alternative parking.
