 - We parked in this facility 7/3/21. It took us from 11:40 pm until 01:00 am to exit. We were parked on p2 and didn't move at all for over 50 mins. You had 2 exit lanes; but only 1 person working both. He would insert the ticket and a payment card, lift that gate, then move to the other exit lane. The poor guy ran himself ragged. NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE!! Will not be back.

 - The rates are vague and when they say max rate $21, they mean they will charge you $7 if you stay after 4 p.m. Good luck getting a hold of them on the phone to verify their price.

 - My husband and I are season ticket holder to the Rockies games. Although we share the tickets with other people, we do go to a great deal of the games. This is the only place we ever park. We are always greeted by a young gentleman named Tingo. He is always polite, helpful, and hard working! I look forward to seeing him every time we go and hope he is there next season as well!! He is a great employee and we love the price and location of this parking garage!!
